Can't wait for this, I loved the book.
I already can't imagine not wanting to avoid not listening to this.
I am going to be honest i knda wish Jimmy Pardo was on this.
·'No, you're wrong Shmee. They're not bad people. They love me. They don't really mean it when they tell me to get kidnapped.'
And don't get me started on Jimmy Aleck's absence!

Believe me, we wish we could have included all of our funny friends.
My wish list: Sid Caesar, Dan Aykroyd, The Unknown Comic, Steve Martin, every Kid in the Hall, the cast of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, the entire cast of Angels in America, Gallagher 2...the list goes on.
Ahhhh....are you guys being sarcastic and listing people who were once pretty good but then, like in all walks of life, turned into shit as they aged?
"Soonish" doesn't cut it. When the hell?
Please answer now.
Yes but....surely Mr. Hoffman is relatively close in age to the fine young men in KITH?

Guys guys, there’s no sarcasm going on here. Although I’m not quite sure why this cd in particular was chosen to be the cd that should have EVERYONE on it. I wish we could have everyone on the cd. My wish list was legit, except maybe for the Angels in America cast (on second thought, that would be fantastic). And I thought it was funny when someone had a wish list for my wish list. I’m thinking of using the geezer line as a blurb on the cd.
That's good to hear, thanks!
Can you give us a better idea as to when exactly we can expect the disc?
Thanks!
We're hoping by the end of December.
Over at the AV Club, they've asked a bunch of funny people what their favorite cd of the year was. Bob drops some "future". Tim and Eric, Cross, Patton, Aziz, Mirman, Weird Al, and others here:

"This is an album from '07, but I loved it in '08. My favorite album of next year is Comedy By The Numbers Book On CD. (Coming in January, and I promise it's going to be great!)"
Yes I know he's ON the cd, but the Bob doesn't HAVE to champion anything. Word.
Is this available yet?
Not yet. I'd say its status has been elevated to "close-ish".
