It can be best described as fake website for a company that makes reality shows.
It covers the owners, the people who work there, all their interoffice memos, videos
and production meeting recaps.

The idea of an entire fake internet full of jokes is great and this site is in depth enough that it almost does just that.

I haven't checked it out in-depth yet, but this is the kind of thing I wish would happen more on the internet. You can't do anything like that with any other medium.

For fun I searched on Facebook for some of the names, and the "employees" do have profiles on there. There's a Group too.
