1. Get through at least one round of Funniest Person in Austin contest. (next year, 2 rounds)
Completed 4/21/2010
2. Write 2 pages a day..
Haven't kept up with it, but I write a lot.
3. Get on...
see above.
I don't like that there is a Worst Show Ever thread and not a Best Show ever one.
Where? When? What jokes did you do? What did you do different? How much time did you do? Did...
Even if you don't believe in "Laugh Per Minute"...it still should be something to consider when writing a joke. I see a lot of open micers do jokes with unnecessarily long set ups, or stories that...
Guys, I think we're getting a little off topic here.
Let's forget about the jerk who emailed the show and talk about how funny my city is.

shut up.
This. make sure to insult the band, their music, and their fans.
I did an interview with DBS at the Velveeta Room this summah.
It was for the Texas Travesty...UT's humor rag.

We interviewed Marc Maron at the Texas Travesty (UT's humor rag) for the upcoming Austin show. I helped write a few questions (I had class during the phone call :( )

We did an interview with Steve-O for the Texas Travesty (UT's humor rag).

He talks about getting into stand-up comedy.
The "oxen" thing....wow. That was on TV.
If this comes off as mean, I'm sorry in advance.
"The guy running the show doesn't like me" isn't something you need to worry about. You need to worry about two things:
1. Being funny
2. see...
Martha Kelly should be on every podcast.
You got room for one mas more?
switch to an online sign up.
so....does anyone know where we can find an archive of episodes 1 - 50 ???
They're no longer on Itunes. :(
These are awesome. congrats!
Zak Kinnaird, a former writer for my college humor publication, the Texas Travesty, was quoted on The Colbert Report yesterday! yay poop jokes
