    Re: Obscure Comedy Podcasts

Only listened to a few eps with Pardo, Pat Francis, and Hochberg, so I can't comment on the regular quality of it, but I enjoyed those.

    Re: Your Guilty Pleasures

Many people see it as a regular tv dramedy, and the characters are actually so great and very developed, which makes it a great show. The dialog may be quick and smarter than what someone would...

    Re: Your Guilty Pleasures

I think you're always going to find somebody who will go along with your choice. Mine is Gilmore Girls. Though I'm not guilty about it. :)

Re: Never Not Funny Season 12

Oh yeah. I think I remember hearing them mention that on the Ricky Gervais podcast or the old XFM show they did.

Re: Never Not Funny Season 12

We had a Service Merchandise here in Birmingham that closed long ago. But I remember it also having some things just on shelves and some clothes. I also remember finding some cheap video games there...

    Re: Doug Loves Movies

That would be so ridiculous. Pete Holmes' first appearance as a character on a podcast. I definitely agree with your disapproval.

Re: WTF with Marc Maron (podcast)

As long as we're talking about the live one, I enjoyed Peter Sagal's part as well. I wasn't expecting much but found him a very good guest. I used to be a Wait Wait listener, but that was over two...

Re: Never Not Funny Season 12

I'd seen the first big one of Jimmy, but I said "oh my god" out loud to the next 4 of Jimmy, Mike, Graham and Pat. So wonderful.

Edit: And Pat looks as great as ever.

    Re: The Nerdist (TV show)

That's great! I haven't seen all the specials, but I enjoyed the few that I saw (I think it was just the original two from over a year ago). I'm very glad they'll be including some stand-up in there.

    Re: Derek

I haven't watched the first series of Derek yet, just the pilot/special from last year, but I think part of this reaction is that we didn't know who Gervais was when The Office started. There was...

    Re: Doug Loves Movies

Chris is dressed very snazzily! And of course Paul is too, but that's a given.

I also don't know who the person is sitting in the middle spot at the guest table.

I am so happy for Pete! I am really looking forward to this.

Re: Who Charted? with Howard Kremer

This podcast has definitely pushed Howard into a much more creative state. He is always so funny, and I'm so glad he's already talking about another Summah album. I think Hooch and Twooch has really...

I'm not really looking forward to this one. But we will see. Kulap doesn't look that excited in that picture either.

Re: Never Not Funny Season 12

Oh man. If you could just get rid of the Smash and the Sugar, I would definitely be into that.

Edit: Actually looking at the promo image, I guess the Sugar is the headliner. Ew.

    Re: The Fogelnest Files

I also love this podcast. I'm 30, so I feel that I'm in the age-range for recognizing stuff on this podcast (though I didn't really get into music until my later teens). Such a great show. Still...
