Variety Magazine has published its annual "10 Comics to Watch" list, which is usually a fairly good indicator of up and coming comedians who you're going to be seeing a lot of in the next year. Last year's list included Casey Wilson and John Mulaney , both of whom are currently working at "Saturday Night Live"; star of "I Love You, Beth Cooper", Paul Rust , and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" writer Anthony Jeselnik . This year's list, most of whom are probably familiar to ASTers but possibly not to the general public (yet), includes "The Daily Show"'s Wyatt Cenac , Pakistani comedian Kumail Nanjiani , "Flight of the Conchords" star Kristen Schaal , "Parks and Recreation"'s Aubrey Plaza , "30 Rock" writer Donald Glover , "The Office"'s Ellie Kemper , recent Judd Apatow mainstay Ken Jeong , stand-up/former "Mad TV" cast member Matt Braunger , and "Cavemen"'s Nick Kroll. Congratulations to everyone on the list, but especially to frequent AST poster Matt Braunger and regular Comedy Death Ray guest Nick Kroll. Congrats, guys!
