After a prolonged absence from NBC's schedule due to Tina Fey's pregnancy, "30 Rock" returns tonight at 8 PM to kick off the network's new Thursday night lineup. In tonight's episode, as everyone returns from holiday break, NBC's new talent competition "America's Kidz Got Singing" is a hit, but Jenna's role as the judge everyone loves to hate causes Jack to question the show's sense of family values. Much to his chagrin, Tracy's usual antics fail to aggravate Liz, while Kenneth takes the day off to do his dream chores as he awaits the Rapture.

Then, at 8:30, on "Parks & Recreation", Leslie enlists everyone's help in staging an attention-getting event. Ben explores a new hobby, while April and Andy adopt a pet. At 9 PM on "The Office", Oscar joins a trivia night contest and Andy decides to get the whole office involved. Meanwhile, Dwight visits Sabre headquarters to explore other job opportunities. The night finishes up with "Up All Night" at 9:30, as Reagan's extreme competiveness comes out at a New Year's Eve game night, much to Chris's embarrassment.
