Listen: Am I Right?? Comedy/Interview Program

Am I Right?? is a comedy progam on Calgary, Alberta Canada's CJSW, hosted by Evan Wilson and Jesse Pruden. Debuting last year, the show offers a mixture of comedy from both recent and classic comedy albums and interviews with people like Andy Daly, Norm Macdonald, Tom Scharpling and Paul F. Tompkins, anchored by the host's hilarious back-and-forth and their love for all things Rush (did I mention they're Canadian?). The show airs Wednesday nights at 10 PM PST/1 AM EST http://www.cjsw.com/ (or at 90.9 on the FM dial for those in the Calgary area), and runs one hour. Additionally, the Am I Right?? podcast will debut this weekend; keep an eye on iTunes or this thread for more information on that soon.

The curious should give a listen to the episode from two weeks ago featuring Todd Glass, here, then listen tonight and hear their interview with special guest Matt Braunger.

To be honest, the Norm episode is no where near as good as the Braunger one...

Did I spell that right, Matt?

Also, myhandleonast, check out http://www.cjsw.com/programming.html?podcasts this weekend for a regular old RSS feed, too!

right now i'm picturing daffy duck taking that post-it off dr. katz's face, punching him right in the dome and then putting the post-it back in place.
"This is not the Beach Boys. It can't be. Why? No beach songs! I thought it was some kind of joke. All 'Pet Sounds' offers is the opportunity to hear Brian Wilson whine for forty minutes, backed by elevator music. There's barely any Mike Love on the album at all."

I just found out about this about 10 minutes ago from Matt Braunger's twitter.
How did I not know about this show way sooner? I live in Calgary, attend the U of C, listen to CJSW occasionally, and on the side I'm comedy-nerding on the internet. Can't wait for the podcast.

I can't tell - does that mean you listened or that you did not?

Glad to hear this'll be a podcast. They sent me some files via some sort of internet bucket and I was like Grandma with the DVD player. Couldn't figure it out at all. itunes dumbs it down just enough for me.

Where can I find more past episodes? I just got Todd and Matt's and now I have a thirst for more.

As of now, the plan is to upload an interview a week. On weeks that we've been able to lock down a new interview, we'll add that to the feed. On weeks when schedules don't work out in a way that we can book an interview, we'll be throwing a "classic" into the feed - that way, even when we drop the ball, subscribers'll get to catch up on some of the funniest people we've had on over the past little bit...

    I enjoyed this a lot.

Can't remember who is who, but whoever talks most and seems to ask the bulk of the questions sounds a lot like Paul F Tompkins, and even laughs like him, for whatever that's worth (1000 Tompkins fun bucks).

    Great job!
