Kyle Kinane recording debut CD on Aug. 21

AST Records is proud to announce that Kyle Kinane has joined their roster and will be recording his debut album at the UCB Theatre, Los Angeles on August 21st. Originally from Addison, Illinois, Kyle got his start in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles, where he's a regular at the Improv and the UCB. He has also performed at the Montreal, Aspen, Vancouver, Washington, DC, and Leicester (UK) comedy festivals and has appeared on NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daly" and the BBC's "The World Stands Up." It is fortunate that Kyle's recording will arrive before the aliens arrive and force us at space cannon-point to prove the value of our civilization in the face of all of the evidence of our war mongering. All hope is lost and then a breathless UN functionary runs to the alien ambassador having scoured the world for just such a cultural artifact. We play him Kyle's album and at first he's still gonna destroy us but then the bit about the cop pulling Kyle over on his bycicle plays and the alien laughs, realizes that humans are okay and we all get to live.
