Charlyne Yi started a cool thread in the "Stage Time" subforum where she's answering questions from aspiring comics and chronicling her experiences getting started in comedy. For the uninitiated, Charlyne has been a staple of the L.A. comedy scene for the last five years or so and co-stars in the upcoming pseudo-documentary, Paper Heart (Aug. 7 release). Charlyne says her unusual brand of comedy got her banned from performing in her hometown of Fontana, but she eventually found her niche in Los Angeles.

It's a fascinating read whether you're an aspiring comic or just a fan of comedy in general. Check it out here.
