Big news for those who live life where the axes (heavy metal guitar pun intended) of metal and comedy merge!

Brendon Small is continuing to expand his reach into the young, angry (and presumably chronically unemployed) male demo with the flesh-and-oh-so-much-blood version of the band Dethklok from his and Tommy Blacha’s Adult Swim show “Metalocalypse” (the hardest fucking word in the world to type). Brendon and the band will be hitting the road in October and November for a 36-city tour with metal giants Mastodon as co-headliners. Also on the bill are Converge and High on Fire. I actually have albums by Mastodon and High on Fire, and this from a guy whose all-time favorite band is Fairground Attraction.
