Tin Pan Alley tunesmiths Chip Pope and Howard Kremer have stamped their names indelibly (thank you, Spellcheck) on the pages of The American Songbook. What you might not know is they are also a dynamite comedy writing duo. So turn off your hi-fi stereos for 30 minutes and check out the Chip- and Howard-penned episode of "The Goode Family," "Freeganomics," airing tonight at 8:30 p.m. on the American Broadcasting Co. channel. Well worth the plug in! Talk about touching on the Zeitgeist, this was awesome! "The black is right," I can't believe that cleared the censors, so funny! Big ups to this longtime writing team. Not to turn this into a Q&A, but who is responsible for the son's daddy issues storyline?
Thought I was the ONLY one still watching this show...i expect it to be canceled any week now...
I like this show! I had to rewind to catch Howard Kremer's voice role (The One World guy), I was blabbing over it the first time around (which explains why I was confused when that character kept snatching away/giving back the box of stuff). I can't believe, and love, that the grandpa still has that awful monster thing.
Great job! Who came up with the title, that was great too.
