Need show recommendations for New York!

Hey guys,

I'll be in New York in two weeks and I'd love some recommendations for shows to see.

The days I'll be able to see shows are Friday, July 13th and Sunday, July 15th.

I'm a performer myself, so I'd love to see something that's exciting comedically, not just a solid show. It could be sketch, improv, stand up, variety, whatever. I want something that will blow my mind!

I love the Cellar and Stand Up NY.

I haven't been to The PIT but it's the place in the city for improv (I hear).

On Friday night, The Stepfathers at UCB is usually a really good improv show (http://newyork.ucbtheatre.com/shows/view/717).

This show also sounds pretty good: http://newyork.ucbtheatre.com/shows/view/3173

On Sunday night, if you're willing to wait in line for a few hours, you could go see the free ASSSCAT, also at UCB (http://newyork.ucbtheatre.com/shows/view/12).

I'm sure there are other, great, non-UCB shows, but those are probably going to be the best improv shows you'll see.
