i would imagine the comedy speakeasy show at the purple onion would be happening on wednesday? or bucky sinister/alex koll and others 'the business' at the dark room?

monday night at club deluxe? or the showcase at punchline (which i just realized is sunday so nevermind)?

edit: yikes! maybe i'm wrong but i guess the theme for that monday's show at club deluxe is the 5th Annual Yo Mamma! Jam

Ya, any of the shows Darryl mentioned are good. The Club Deluxe show is really well run and fun, and I think they usually have regular standup after whatever the theme of the night is. It's at a bar in the Haight.

as of right now i plan on flying in tuesday and leaving right away on wednesday, which seems wasteful. not that i'd need to make any money wednesday night if i stay, but i'd be missing another day of work...we all know how it works. a few beers and a nice mission burrito could probably sway me.
