No, I haven't taken one there. I've heard mixed things about it, as with every workshop in the Bay Area.
If it's your first one, I'll bet you'll get something positive out of it. Give it a shot, and post a review!

I did a show with these guys. they're good at improv, they take care of themselves (put on their own shows, promote, draw a crowd), and they're good people.
