Jimmy Pardo in Bellevue this June!

6/2-6/4 at Parlor Live Comedy Club. I am excited.

I went to this and had a great time. I still think the Parlor Live Comedy Club is a weird place to watch comedy, but I was in much better seating than when I saw Doug Loves Movies there. For DLM, I was in "side seating," which was these wooden stools crammed together way off to the side of the room. It was claustrophobic and really uncomfortable. My back was sore for days.

For Mr. Pardo, I was in "VIP Center", which means that I was on a nice padded couch in the back of the house, basically in front of the stage. What a joy!

Side note, I have a coworker who went on Friday and sat right in front of the stage. And it turns out that he did not know that Jimmy does a lot of crowdwork, so his palms were constantly sweating because he felt pressure to be able to respond relevantly whenever Jimmy asked his opinion on something. Which happened, according to him, for about 45 minutes straight. He reports being completely exhausted when he got out of the show. Also, he says, "I think he was against me until I said I'm 5'4"."

But back to my experience. It was a lot of fun!
