Garret Santora is an Underground Lounge regular. With roots deeply in blues and folk/rock, Garret has steadily gained a following as a performer with truly raw talent on the guitar, and the perfect blues voice.

10:00-10:30 Prescott Tolk
http://prescotttolk.com/
http://www.comedycentral.com/comedia...ott_tolk.jhtml
Born and raised in Jersey, Prescott Tolk has crafted a hilarious act based on his personal experiences as a post-graduate slacker with a lot to complain about. Loaded with clever one-liners, prescient observations, and true-life anecdotes, he turns inexorable realities into hard-hitting laugh lines. Whether discussing the relatable tribulations of his massive debt or his infelicitous adventures with the police, he gets the audience rolling.

10:30-11:00 The Innocent
http://www.myspace.com/theinnocentmusic
"Some very fine songwriting...vocalist Michael Hardey's voice is, as Neil Young said, 'as real as the day is long.' Welcome to some strong, new music in Chicago!"
~Richard Milne - 93.1 WXRT
"The Innocent play a very accessible blend of folk rock, pop, and college rock that wouldn't feel out of place on a mix CD that includes the likes of Paul Westerberg, The Wallflowers, R.E.M. and Michael Penn...you won't find much these days that's better than this."
~Frank Krolicki , Examiner.com

11:00-11:20 Big Dog Eat Child
http://www.bigdogeatchild.com/
Big Dog Eat Child is a sketch comedy troupe from Alsip, Illinois. We do what SNL, MadTV and ShortCircutz do…except it’s not on tv (yet). Right now we’re performing every week anywhere we can put our grimy mitts on. We just completed a six month run at the Gorilla Tango Theatre called “Boozelegger’s Ball” and are developing a new show for Fall ‘09.
Chicago's Hottest Sketch Group" - The Westside Eclectic
"Big Dog Eat Child continues to gain buzz"- The Southtown Star
"Aggressively funny…an astoundingly silly, alcohol-infused Friday night…The Second City, this ain't…In their hands, unbridled obnoxiousness becomes a minor art form." -RECOMMENDED, Chicago Sun Times
"Funny. Loud, fast, easily digestible… These dudes relish being the life of the party."
-Chicagoist
"The show is fast and punchy… Rollicking and raucous…Ball is funny enough that it could even be enjoyed, gasp, while sober."
`Time Out Chicago

11:20-11:40 Bullet Called Life
http://www.myspace.com/bclrock
Aaron Hosek and Tom Miller, members of this awesome Chicago blues/rock band, will be performing an acoustic set. Bullet Called Life regularly sells out the Cubby Bear and is a founding member of Chicago Noise Machine, a musical collective that handles its own promotion, booking, and compilation album releases in lieu of a record label.

11:40-12:00a Polina Zionts
By day, Polina Z spends her time wrangling teens as a design teacher in Chicago's South Side Englewood neighborhood. Once the sun sets, Polina can be found wining and dining business execs along the Gold Coast. Raised in farm country Michigan where mini-mustache dudes drove big trucks, she played on stage (and in the backyard) to escape her mullet-filled reality.
With a lengthier educational background than Sarah Palin, Polina's 10-year undergrad "university tour" included Central Michigan University, Michigan State University, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She spent parts of her collegiate decade acting, making political artist books and winning beauty pageants, though one of those things probably isn't true.
When not photoshopping people in and out of her life, Polina Z has been seen as a company co-founder and member of Last Minute Theater Company, studying at the Annoyance Theater, slinging marriage-proposal-winning cocktails at Bar Mitzvahs, getting you drunk at your company party, or doing improv with Mr. Cindy. At Collaborate, she will be telling twisted stories that you wouldn't want your children to hear. She hopes none of her student's parents will be in the audience and that you are on the sauce.

12:00-12:20 Stealth Like A Canoe
http://www.myspace.com/stealthlikeacanoe
Stealth Like A Canoe is a boy/girl Michigander team living in Chicago, who play guitar & accordion & sometimes rap. Their sound ranges from old country to folk to a bit of indie rock (light on the rock).
