Also on the show will be the wonderful JESSE POPP!
And lastly but not leastly:
MORGAN MURPHY
Boy oh boy, this looks tasty!
Have I mentioned how much I love this show???
I love this show!
Holy crap, this show was a monster.
Jesse Popp is not well known, he was the first guy and he was very good. His material was rock-solid. He's got something real good going on.
The rest of the bill was Nick Kroll, Morgan Murphy, Todd Barry, John Mulaney, and Paul F. Tompkins. All of them in ridiculously good form.
boy, john mulaney is hilarious
I know what you mean Atron, but I went and I had the old man in my head who was disappointed when more people were added (even though it was Todd Barry and Nick Kroll) because that meant I'd have less sleep.
All new PFT and Mulaney material was great though and it really quieted the old-man-in-my-head.
Yeah this was a great show. And now Morgan Murphy moved to NYC so I finally get to see more Morgan Murphy!
Two weeks of killer lineups. Whiplash is like my new favorite child.

By the way, I heard that next week (2/23) is going to be must-see.
damn!! i haven't seen a good show in awhile....
what did you hear about next week? tell us tell us!
I clicked on this because of PFT, and it made me wistfully nostalgic for when he lived in L.A. -- back before his moving to New York strangely and unexpectedly killed the comedy scene in Los Angeles. Seriously. Ask anybody.
But then I saw the flier and thought, That woman who is in every commercial in the world is apparently named Andrea Rosen.

Jesse Popp is my hero.
this show was epic. everyone was hysterical across the board, but john mulaney was other-worldly. there are no words to describe how funny his "new in town" bit was, i was dying.
I have to agree that this was an amazing show from beginning to end. Coupled with the earlier excellent time that was Inside Joke, the UCB put on one of the finer evenings of entertainment of which I've ever been a part.
Thanks to everyone that made it out to the show. Here are some photos taken by the fantastic Mindy Tucker:
