I was hoping on subletting in New York for a month
For the month of February 2009 (I'm still looking for sublets)
and was wondering if you guys new of any fun booked shows
that I can do while I am there and have
the info of the booker too?

- Greg Johnson's show Sundays at Pianos (Greg J is the man. I love him)
- Roarshack, Tuesdays at SoundFix (Contact Sean o Connor? On Hiatus?)
- Tell Your Friends, Tuesdays at Lolita Bar
- Whiplash, late Monday evenings at UCB (Contact Levenbach?)
- Tearing the Veil of Maya, Sundays at Union Hall

Also, check the Ochi's calendar (at the Comix website) and maybe jump on that shizz?

I'd echo what Klaus says, too, except...

Tell Your Friends is on Monday nights. Talk to Liam McEneaney (or Jessica Flores).
Talk to Seth Herzog about Sweet at the Slipper Room on Tuesdays (he was in Los Angeles this weekend for a special L.A. edition of Sweet).
Jeremy Levenbach is your contact for Whiplash late Monday nights at UCB-NY.

And I would add...
Comedy Central has a showcase every other Monday at Crash Mansion (talk to Anne Harris)
VH1 just started its own comedy showcase every other Tuesday at The Bitter End (talk to Kiki or Angela).
92YTribeca is now booking a Wednesday night showcase called Comedy Below Canal (talk to Bart Coleman).
