This is across the street from my office. The line is impressively long. Not voting-for-Obama long, but long. If I start by noting that I find Artie Lange funny can I also note that for a lot of the people in line it looks like their first book purchase ever?

A new children's consignment store in Brooklyn For the kids. In my house. Not a joke.
I love Artie Lange on Stern, but there was no way I'd go. In my mind it was probably the biggest collection of mutants ever.
For those that got the book, is there a good reason to read it rather than, say, download and listen to a few hours of the show?
Do you mean the Stern Show? As opposed to Artie's personal stories? I think there's a difference... so if you're interested in reading about Artie's experiences rather than listening to him chiming in on the show, I'd say go ahead and get the book...
many tine tanies
Damn sucks that i am banned from all Barnes and Noble bookstores globally.
Every time Siggers posts all that goes through my mind is "Chosen One"
I got the book and im through Howards forward and the first chapter(a crazy story I've never heard on the air before, how he never told this one is beyond me)
20 bucks at borders, not a bad deal and when I'm done I can give it to one of my friends who wont buy it.
I do want to buy the audio version just to listen to Bob Levy read and guess how many edits they had to make per chapter...
Today at noon, Magic Johnson is doing a signing at the same store. When I arrived at work there were two people on line.

I got this book and am not that far, but am not really loving it. It took about ten pages for the book to call me a pussy for not knowing what a sawbuck was. I was like f you, book.
