LA office space for Writers/Editors/Comedians

Here's a riddle, if you know anyone of the names below.... feel free to inquire with me.

Neil Mahoney, Peter Atencio, and Alexis Hanawalt have been been sharing this great office space for the past year with Michael Blieden and Inman Young - but those 2 are moving on to greener pastures... or other pastures. And so we have space for 2 people to take over their spaces in the office.

The location may be the best thing about the space - it's above Jones Cafe, right down the street from Target and Best Buy. It's a secure building. The office is on the small side, but there's a nice private room with a couch and TV, a storage room, and probably JUST enough room for breakdancing between the desks.

The 3 of us are primarily editing when we're in the office, so we generally do so with headphones unless there's a client over, etc., etc., If you do this sort of work, or need desk space for any sort of production work, or writing, or anything else, you'll find the space suitable. We have a landline phone with a fax, wireless and wired internet, bottled water delivery, and a keycode protected security system.

Feel free to contact any one of us. The spaces officially become available in June, but if you're interested in moving in sooner, that can probably be arranged. There is also the possibility of buying, borrowing, or leasing Blieden's desk and related furniture.
