yeah, I know it sucks. I was broadcasting D+D's Joke Center using a cell phone. The bill got to be $1,000. Which was too much for me to pay.

The owner's of the Big Fish refuse to let me install DSL (even though it would be free to them)

So, since I love Joke Center romantically and want everyone, even the French to see it I am working very hard at getting it back online.

Right now GarageComedy.com is funded by an Art Foundation (I know it's weird but they consider comedy art) they appreciate how we are using technology and live performance.

Anyway, I have to write a separate grant proposal for everything we need. Each grant takes a week to be approved and that is if it is being rushed through. I've gotten three grants so far mostly for the website (you may have noticed the website slowly improving)

in order to get D+D's Joke Center online (and all the other shows that have no DSL connection)

    garagecomedy.com will need three things:

a cell modem card and 4 months of service $500
    A new lap top $500
    my car fixed $500

when I get these three things, all the shows will be online again.

    thanks for your patience.

Looks like even I (Val) am too hard to get for this Monday's show. This Monday will be co-hosted by either two German tourists (Heino fans) or if I can't get them, it will be hosted by Robert Selander and Claire Titelman.
