this CDR made me happy because it reminded me of the early shows i saw that were very experimental and filled with variety. i could hear crowd members grumbling during parts of the show - they must have been expecting a Swarsdon set.

yea the whole show was solid. besser is 2/2 for making me laugh really hard. i love when he was asking the girls in the crowd if they like cum in their hair and no one was responding so he picked on the girl in front of him. "do you like cum in your hair?" "no..." "then raise your fucking hand." i couldnt stop laughing when he took out that baby skull. haha fuck.

It was my first time seeing John Roy and i really liked his set. his bit on people who hate los angeles who aren't from los angeles describes like half the people i know. "oh theres no good pizza in los angeles? then go back to where you came from if its so great. shut up and eat a taco."

Ian Edwards was also consistantly funny throughout his set. I can't think of anything off hand except him talking about his "homies in the lab", but i do remember laughing after every joke.

Marc Maron's set was really cool because i felt like it was CDR story time except no camp fire or smores were involved.

I also thought John Roy knocked it out of the park. I remember seeing him at SYNT earlier this year and thinking, soon he'll be on death ray, then on a late night show, and soon after that he'll be a household name. He's really good.
