Valentine's Day weekend I'm headed down to the Funnybone in B-Town to open for Maria Bamford, but the club is doing me a serious solid and letting me headline the night before Maria starts her dates!

So hey, if any of you are in B-Town this February 11th, I'm headlining! I have had an absolute blast there twice already opening for Maria Bamford and Jackie Kashian, and it is an honor to get my own night to headline!

And to justify this bump, I have just learned that Brad Wilhelm will host, and featuring is Josh Cocks and Thomas Brady. These are all comedians I've worked with before and they're all hilarious and awesome!

This was a great show. If you live nearby and haven't gone yet, you should definitely head to the unprecedented Sunday/Valentines Day shows.

Dan had a great set. Several applause breaks that were really deserved. A very sick Maria did several newer bits that were great. A really good night of comedy.

Thanks Smiles! It was great to meet you after the show, too. That club is awesome and that weekend was one of my faves ever. And holy crap the Sunday night shows were enthusiastic- even and especially the 10:30! How often does that even happen? I guess with Maria I should have expected her fans to come out en force, but it was still even cooler than I was capable of imagining.

I've only been to this Funnybone a few times, but it's already my favorite. Maybe because the only thing I have to compare it to is the Louisville Improv where you'd be hard pressed to find a dude who isn't wearing an Ed Hardy tee.

I need to head up there more. They have some really great shows coming up. I think I've seen Mr. Telfer there once before on a previous Maria Bamford show. I could be wrong.
