Where Else Do You Travel on the Information Superhighway?

I'm bored. I read 3 websites and I need some new ones. Which sites do you check out everyday?
What was the best concert you've been to?

-- Probably Sade. It was just so sexy and relaxing.

    Don't be rude, berliner.

I go to websites all the time, I'll reccomend some here and if you need anymore you can visit my website at THE INTERNET SMARTALEC .com

    I recommend:

http://www.mamacassunleashed (NWS)- Web portal for the famous Mama Cass Unleashed Upon series of websites. May I suggest Mama Cass Unleashed Upon The Dallas Mavericks?

http://www.Goddammit.com (NWS) - A snarky atheist website for the 14-18 crowd, but adults can like it too!

http://www.friendsoftom.com (NWS) - The Anarchist Cookbook

I assume you read Ball Don't Lie, yes? Yahoo's (very good) basketball blog that's curated by a guy from Toronto?

Aw, don't you think your question deserved at least a little ribbing?

Okay, I'll risk sounding like an idiot for suggesting some sites you probably already know.

http://boingboing.net -- a self-proclaimed directory of things that are "cool". Overall, a nice site, with many "cool" things.
http://slashdot.org - A more techie IT-nerd site, but interesting to IT-nerds like me.
http://thinkprogress.org - I generally like this progressively political website, more than the others I have occasionally browsed.

I access these sites via Google Reader, an RSS feed aggregator, rather than visit the websites themselves. I would recommend you do the same. It's just easier that way.

No, I am not going to explain what a RSS feed aggregator is.

Oh, I also tend to check out Tom Tomorrow's website, which doesn't appear to have an RSS feed: http://thismodernworld.com

I read this site for conspiracy theory entertainment: http://rigint.blogspot.com/

The blog itself is whatever. Lots of aliens and satanic worship. The true gold of this site is the discussion board. The level of craziness is highly entertaining.

Oh man, I love blogs. Love them. Look at all of those blogs up there. I'm going to read all of those blogs. Did you know that blog is short for weblog? You do now, and you're going to read those blogs with me.

my friends just started this, really just a collection of news articles, mostly focused on music and technology, but if you're not already reading the sites or pulling feeds from these sources, a nice little rundown.

It is both better than BoingBoing (less papercraft, steampunk and personality-driven stuff) and worse than BoingBoing (sometimes the text-only links can be frustratingly lacking context)
