This is a new Muppet special which airs on the Disney Channel this Sunday, August 3rd.
Now, this is on the Disney Channel, which means the guest stars are all people like Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale, and the Jonas Brothers, but it's been a while since the Muppets have been on TV, so it'll be nice to see them again. Here's a commercial for the special:



In conjunction with this, it looks like several of the Muppets have created their own Youtube accounts now, and they're uploading videos.
