I have to assume the second one is from something called "The Invisible Woman" (if that's a thing).

Is the first one "Death Bed"? I've never seen it, but that's the kind of scene I imagine would be in it.

Second one is a photo-shopped image of David Carradine from Death Race 2000. The idea to blot out Carradine's beautiful eyes and lips is beyond me.

I think the second one is from a Stephen King movie...Cujo or Children of the Corn maybe? And is the third one from Waking Life?

By the time Vic arrives, Donna has killed Cujo in a gory showdown with a damaged baseball bat and Tad has died of dehydration. (In the movie, Tad survives as producers felt that the death of a child would be too horrifying.)

who did the airbrushing on these? I am impressed -- taking foreground elements out and "faking" the previously blocked background is really hard (although I guess with a movie there's a chance you could use another frame to fill in).
