I went through a really difficult time in college, and one of the most calming and relaxing things was sitting on the bus for hours reading comic books and listening to podcasts on my iPod. I'm lucky that our bus service was free to students, but when the bus wasn't running taking walks was just as good. Just to be outside of myself and enjoying nature and media.

I hope some part of that helps in some way. The walks, the mantra, the comic books, the podcasts, whatever it may be.
