Room for rent in Los Angeles

Hi people,

I have a room for rent in a 2 story, 2 bdrm, house in Hollywood. The rent includes a bedroom, your own small office, a private 1/2 bath, full use of the house (living room, kitchen, backyard, bbq, garden area, and 1 parking spot). It's $725 a month plus utilities and it's available Aug. 1st or sooner if need be.

I'm near The Steve Allen Theater/UCB/The Metro and bus lines/Griffith Park. The house is tucked behind another complex, so it's off the street. I have one cat, a dog, and a crazy neighbor who shouts things like, "The Bugs Bunny Shoooow!" from time to time. If you're like me you'll look forward to that. I'm easy to get along with and I'm looking for a responsible roommate who will be considerate, pay the bills on time, and who's not crazy. I prefer someone over the age of 30, but whatever. The house is approximately 900 sq feet (Although I'm not sure I did that part correctly. I'm not a carpenter. It's probably bigger).

The house is cute and has lots of personality. I want someone who plans on staying a long time and who will clean up and pitch in now and then. It's an old house so it has charm, but it also has some dust and imperfections. There's no dishwasher or anything fancy like that. It's just a simple, friendly, old house.

Hi guys. I'm still looking for a roommate. I couldn't show the place the past few weeks, so we're having an open house this weekend for anyone who's interested. Stop by and check it out. Bring something to throw on the grill, a side dish, a bottle of wine, or someone you love who is homeless....well, looking for a room with an office and private bathroom, backyard and parking, anyways. PS Eating or bringing food not required.
