This is my dog, Ruffles. He's a Jack/Rat terrier mix, a runt of the litter for sure. He's a little unsteady, he came from a house with an ADD kid who just couldn't take it easy with him. We compare him to a home-schooled kid when he's around other dogs.



And yes, that's a portrait of him that a friend painted and gave us for Christmas. It was not commissioned.

When I was 9 we had a fluffy white Spitz (which is like a mini Samyoed) and I used to wash him in bluing (like what an old lady uses) to make him super white but it just made him bluish. It wasn't super obvious but people would be like "wait, is he BLUE?".

I would also sometimes put in purple moose and give him a little mohawk, just for fun. Thank heaven for little girls!

Her name is Beeker, she has a foot fetish, and I didn't know she was a she until about 6 months after I got her (she was a rescue kitten, I got her at about 3-4 weeks). She barely tolerates me, but I love her.
