That sounds like a level headed solution.
My wife and I are approaching 40 and don't have kids. And we would never dream of telling anyone else whether they should or shouldn't. That, however, hasn't stopped practically everyone we know that does have kids from condescendingly telling us, "Oh, you'll change your mind some day" (even though medically, we can't. Something they didn't bother to find out).
Could you imagine if we did this in reverse? "Sure, you say you're happy about being pregnant now, but you wait a few years. You'll want to kill it. I bet I'm gonna read about you drowning your kids in a kiddie pool, and I'll think to myself, 'I told you so....'. You would be such a great child murderer, I just know it!!"
