Hey all. Our roommate is moving out and we need another. It's a 3 bedroom. 600 a month. Sherbourne and Cashio in Los Angeles, just east of Beverly Hills. We're both comics and are on the road a LOT so you'll have the place to yourself a lot. 10 minutes from the Improv, 15 from the Laugh Factory and Comedy Store, 25 from UCB. No cigarette smokers.
