Congratulations on the slow descent down the hallway toward death together. A hallway. A hallway with nothing in front and the spiders of your past chewing at you, on you, anywhere they can leap. You cling together and it just provides a bigger target. You come to a door, finally a way out, a place without walls, a place not choked by your own clothing you simply use to protect yourself. But only one can pass through. Who gets to live a life of happiness outside? The way you must choose causes you to question the horrific road you just struggled through in order to reach this place together. The one who lets the other leave is the only one who truly thought they could find a bliss in the life with you. The one who chooses to accept the freedom, were they lying through the entire ordeal? The one left behind must suffer with this thought under a growing blanket of the past slowly eating them alive.

It was so out of left field for me (even though we've talked about it before), that I wasn't sure what to think. I mean, there was an onion ring in the box. I wanted to believe him, at the same time I thought this might be a Louie/Tape Recorder moment.
