This gap between seasons was just.... too long.
I need one of those half hour recap things like Lost used to put out.
Maybe sparknotes or something...
Yeah, me too. If I had time I would re-watch season 3 (or the whole series), but I don't.
I'm sure they'll release some sort of recap to get people back up to speed. Here's the season 1 & 2 recap that came out last year prior to S3:
Gale Got Got. That's all you need to know.
This made me happy:

New footage in this one:
Oh shit.....it's about to get crazy! I'm rewatching Season 3 right now to get back into it. It's such a good show.
i messed my pants.
The cast on season 4:
"It occurred to me the other day that we've made so many rape/murder jokes about Bridgetown, if one of us actually does get raped or murdered there, the other would automatically become the prime suspect." -Berliner
ArchStanton: thats one of my fave things about valorie...she loves disney AND being mean to people
There's my Bob!

This Newsweek article is pretty great, but if you're an anti-spoiler zealot you might want to steer clear.
I just rewatched the season three finale, and it's absolutely clear that Jesse shoots Gale. The gun doesn't move at all, and Vince Gilligan's direction doesn't obscure that fact. I think the rebellion against the idea that Jesse killed Gale comes from people just not wanting to believe that Jesse could do it. The part of the article about Gilligan and the writers reconsidering whether or not Jesse killed Gale in response to the audience reaction concerns me a little bit. I don't see any way to alter that w/o totally compromising the series. What did he do? Shoot him in the shoulder? Blow away a Walking Dead zombie that crept up behind him?
One week.
Just watched the penultimate episode of Season 3 (having watched all the way from season 1 in anticipation of next Sunday's big event). Good lord, that last minute, ending in "Run!" just gives me chills.
Admittedly large parts of the show gives me chills, but that is special.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well the show held up on repeat viewing, but also how much brilliant stuff I'd forgotten about.
And, yeah, anybody who thought that Jesse moved the gun at the end of S3 really needs to have their eyes checked.
My roommate attended the season premier screening a couple weeks ago and said it answered a lot of questions… but even more interesting, she said that Cranston’s 18 year old daughter fainted at a scene so gruesome, they had to call an ambulance to attend to her.
... 4 more hours to find out what that scene is.
Whoa, that's sounds pretty crazy....
It never seemed like this day would get here, but it has finally arrived! I need me some more Mr. White, yo!
... okay it wasn't SO bad.
I still think that twin getting popped in the head was so much more gruesome.
