So I’m on my old-man “Respect” walk this morning, and I’m just kinda like listening to some music, and I’m going uphill, and I made eye contact with 2 dogs that were peeing. The first time I noticed it, ‘cause it’s funny, I saw a big fuck-off dog lift up his leg, and there was just a human-sized dick streaming urine onto the grass, and the dog looked right at me, and I go, “That’s kind of weird.” But I’m the kinda person that goes, “It’s a dog-lookin’-at-me kind of day”, like “it’s a baby-smilin’-at-me kind of day.” I notice that sort of stuff. I’m like, “That dog looked right at me when it was pissing”, and it was kinda funny. And then I’m walking, and not 10 minutes later, another dog taking a hot piss looked right at me. Just listened to the Fitzimmons episode today. Filthy fucking hilarious. Don’t think I’ve laughed as much or as hard at a podcast. I loved the idea of Pete Holmes getting so embarrassed, he actually blushed.
The second TJ Miller episode was also great, all that storm-in-a-teacup stuff about Dane. I love Miller’s comedy and his take on things off-stage—from a few comments he’s made, in a few different interviews, I'd bet he’s a big fat Camus/absurdist existentialism nerd.
