Sunday night I had dinner with my wife and her friend at Grand Sichuan on St. Marks Place. Late in the meal, I noticed that I had the honor of dining in the same restaurant at the same time as Mr. Todd Barry, who seemed to be dining with a friend. I didn't approach Mr. Todd Barry's table because I don't like to bother people, but when Mr. Todd Barry signed the credit-card slip, I think he wrote, "If Louis C.K. ever comes in here, or any other Grand Sichuan restaurant in town, please let him know from me that he should get out of the business."

For Todd Barry fans, please note: A Chipotle is across the way in the mini-shopping center that houses the Grand Sichuan.

From looking at your schedule on myspace it seems that you won't be appearing with Louis CK for his Saturday appearance in Chicago (or possibly any of his latest tour, I dunno).

I was really hoping to see you both, as I really enjoy your jokes 'n stuff.

I'm under the impression that you have toured quite a bit with him in the past (which may be an incorrect impression).

When you guys have appeared together, what is the normal length of your respective sets?

When you are appearing "solo" how many sets do you do, and what is the customary length of them?

Todd was very good in The Wrestler, which was a damn fine film in my opinion.
