Rick & Morty (Justin Roiland & Dan Harmon's Adult Swim Show)

Adult Swim has picked up Rick & Morty, the animated pilot created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon! I know the show is probably a long way away, but this is great news! I am really excited.

Rick & Morty – A genius inventor grandfather and his less than genius grandson, and the journeys in life they share. From Dan Harmon (Community) and Justin Roiland. (30-minute animated)
For anyone who doesn't know, Rick & Morty is based on Justin Roiland's Doc and Mharti shorts, which in turn are based on the two main characters from Back to the Future. Here are a few of them (NSFW, okay?):

I heard about this but didn't know that Justin Roiland was involved as well. I was already sold but now I'm hard!

Justin Roiland made House of Cosbys. I imagine most people on here know what that is, but if by some chance you don't know, go watch it!

    (Also, this is awesome!)

He's also responsible for the inconsistently produced Grandma's Virginity Podcast, which may be my favorite podcast ever, as well as a slew of other great Channel 101 shows. Basically, if you don't know Justin Roiland's work, you should just fucking get all up in it.

Myke Chilian posted new art from the show:

This is awesome news! As reported in this Splitsider article which basically copy-and-pastes my words and info from this thread verbatim. But hey.

Hey man, my bad if my Splitsider post was similar to your words here. Only so many ways to convey the same info, ya know?

It's really not a big deal, but I just noticed that you've since gone back and changed some of the phrasing so that's it not an exact lift, so thanks?
