Doug, since your old thread is officially gone are you afraid of people asking the same questions?
do you think this board actually crapped the bed again because that one person joined to post harry potter minutia that was mentioned in a 2 year old ilm podcast?
Doug, since your old thread is officially gone are you afraid of people asking the same questions?

YOU stop talking.
How do you like Iowa so far?
Doug, I love you?
If this has been asked before, please restore the old thread
Doug, in reference to a comment you made about Harry Potter 4 in the Patton Oswalt edition of ILM, it makes sense that there would be more people at the Quidditch game than at the Triwizard Tournament. The Quidditch World Cup is the final game of an international series. The Triwizard is just a friendly competition between 3 schools. It's the difference between the Superbowl and high school football. The Triwizard may have some gimmicky appeal with the dragons and the mermaids and whatnot, but it just wouldn't have the international following of the World Cup.
I'm confused, is this a q & a, or just an a?
It should, though. It had schools from all over competing, and it was a deadly competition as opposed to this bull-mess Crud-ditch. It should have at least been televised, if wizards used technology like that, which they do, except for when they don't. Though I guess "still" photographs would have worked fine, too.
Does my disillusionment with the series show through? By the fifth book I thought the school had more in common with one of those private problem-child discipline centers in the Caribbean than anything else.
Where do you download the new eppys of ILM?

The real Q&A is coming back, so this little tea party is over.
