    Past Issues of Modest Proposal Now Online

    Modest Proposal Magazine was a comedy publication that Ryan McKee and Ron Babcock ran from 2003 - 2006. They have just recently uploaded all of the past content on their website: MPEmpire.com . Take a look around. New content is uploaded weekly.
