Obama sounds like he's been watching some Chappelle. Check his delivery during this Romnesia chunk:

And somewhere, Francis Ford Coppolla and George Lucas are getting nervous...

I made a short film about my old show with some friends. I hope you like it.

Snob Theater: The Short Concert Film is a small dose of the atmosphere that was the monthly comedy variety show Snob Theater that ran for 2 years in San Francisco. The film stars Coree Spencer, Chris Thayer, Shanti Charan, Steven Pearl, Drennon Davis, Rick Overton, Debbie Neigher, and Laura and Anton of Foxtails Brigade. It’s produced and hosted by Shawn Robbins, and directed by Scott Oller.

Snob Theater started as a small monthly variety show at The Dark Room Theater in San Francisco’s gritty and historic Mission District. It blossomed into a critically acclaimed series and a unique outlet for the best comedians and musicians to pass through SF and perform smart and interesting material.

"When I reluctantly performed on it a few months ago, I quickly realized the "Snobs" know what they're doing. I don't know how they know, but the show --- and the flow of show between musicians and comedians -- is Tony the Tiger quality grrrrrrrrrrrreat! It doesn't really matter who's on the show, it's just a cool mix. The whole is greater than the sum of it's blah blah blah. You get it. It's like Voltron."

Season 2 follows Julie (June Diane Raphael), who failed to capture Mark Orlando’s heart in Season 1 of Burning Love, as she searches for love in a group of guys who are hopefully all there for the right reasons.

I don't know how many Adam Carolla fans there are here, but AC is joining "Faux News" on a regular basis. I thought AC was one of the good guys...??? How could he defect to the Dark Side...??? This upsets me so much that I wouldn't even BUY a Carolla!!

He's been a Fox "News" contributor for some time, and he's pretty much as right wing as you can get when it comes to his politics. I still like the guy regardless, been a fan since the early Loveline days.

That was the moment he became intolerable to me too. I still think he's a funny person, and he's not really what I'd call "dumb" because he can be insightful from time to time. He just frequently seems to miss the point, usually on the stuff that's important.

Re: The "not worth its own thread" thread

I guess the West Coast of the US got jealous of all the attention the East Coast was getting so they had to create a disaster of their own:

"Disney buys Lucasfilm Ltd. for $4.05 billion. Disney announces Star Wars trilogy starting in 2015."

So does this mean the "Star Wars Holiday Special" will FINALLY be released on BRD???

Adam Carolla perfectly embodies the "fuck you, got mine!" spirit of your garden variety conservative.
