I believe there was talk of them doing a movie instead of or before the fourth series, but then they decided on a fourth series... I dunno if they ever really resolved that or if they just focused on their festival they just put on. I'm a big fan even if series 3 was a little spotty.
I was a crazy Boosh freak for a while but it's died off a bit after series three. My theory is that because most of the ideas they used for 1 and 2 were already ideas they'd had forever, mostly the same plots they'd had on the radio show, etc., that for some reason in series 3 when they had to come up with new ideas it didn't fare so well (and also resulted in the overuse of bringing back characters such as the Hitcher).
But the first 2 series will remain amazing to me, they introduced me to a whole other world of comedy and I appreciate that. I just think they are doing too much now, the Boosh band, a tour, another series, maybe a movie. Julian and Noel are brilliant performers but being spread too thin.
I had the chance to meet Rich Fulcher at my last job and i was WAY too excited about it. He's awesome.
Yeah, season three was as good, I still enjoyed it but not as much.
I read that they would only do a fourth season if they got more money from BBC, they said that in season 3 they felt they were underpaying the crew and that there was a lot of tension.
I'm hoping they do an American tour eventually, I'd love to see them live.
Fulcher is hilarious, I've watched a little bit of Snuffbox. Mighty Boosh definitely got me hooked on bizarre surreal comedy
This is still one of my all-time favorite things:

I would go so far as to say that anyone who doesn't enjoy this video on some level is not worth knowing or talking to.
So Season 3 is on adult swim right now and no one is talking? This is one of my favorite shows and its led me to the genius that is Snuff Box. "Man was built but from clay."
I also got the radio series for the Mighty Boosh that they did for the BBC if anyone is interested.

Yeah, I'm really liking what I'm seeing so far. I've been into most of the people involved for a while now but never checked this out. It's kind of kicked me off on a discover/rediscover British TV comedy spree for the past few weeks.
I heard that on Adult Swim they are showing the Boosh season 3 first? And heavily edited? If so that really worries me because this show is so dependant on little details for many of their jokes...and the 3rd season is the worst one. As someone who was constantly pushing this show on friends, I think the first season is the best to start out with. Guess we'll see...
Oh, that's good to hear at least!
It was really bizarre to see a huge billboard of it on Sunset Blvd recently...I am stoked to see it get a US audience.

I love Boosh but, I agree, starting out w/ season 3 kinda defrated my excitement. Hopefully with the recent run of Boosh, Darkplace and Look Around You, we can look foward to regular doses of great Brit TV on AS. Snuff Box would be great (I have seen just a handful).
I'M GOIN TO SHABOOMS!!!!
I dont know how they could do Snuff Box without editing it even more than the Boosh. I'm a big Mighty Boosh fan, been talking it up to my friends for years. And now Vince and Howard are on a huge billboard on clark street right before wrigley field here in Chicago. It's a little surreal.
All 6 episodes can be found on youtube (minus the first part of episode 1 if you don't have facebook: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5WAM...eature=related).

Everyone do yourself a favor and see all six episodes. You won't be disappointed.

I gave up and bought a region free dvd player so I could buy all the British comedy I wanted. I found one on Amazon for fairly cheap. I recommend it for fellow anglophiles.
Old Greg, the Swamp Fox, all of it, f'n glorious. I have never laughed so hard -- glad to hear its on Adult Swim.

Fulcher said on Twitter that the Boosh boys are going to be on Jimmy Fallon on July 22. So AST news people get ready for that.
