Vince Vaughn wrote this!? That is definitely news to me.
I love him and Owen Wilson together but with Shawn Levy directing, any enthusiasm I might have for this movie is instantly killed. I don't think he brings anything to the direction of a comedy except an inability to stage them properly or give them any energy whatsoever, case in point Date Night and The Pink Panther which I think are some of the most disappointingly unfunny comedies of the past 10 years. His best movie is probably Night at the Museum but anything that is funny in that movie simply comes from a camera being pointed in the general direction at some funny people and letting them do their thing. I'd love to know what Ben Stiller, Steve Martin and Owen Wilson see in him that they choose to work with him on multiple projects because any sense of humour he might have in real life does not translate onto the screen whatsoever.

They're shooting this in Atlanta at Georgia Tech. When the Eric Andre Show Live was in town a couple weeks ago, Eric told a friend he was going to be dropping in to mics and shows when he could while he was down here, so I'm looking forward to that.
