If I'm not mistaken, the, "???!?!" was a reaction to the air date.
But, I could be wrong.

You are correct.
I don't get the two month wait for the last episode.
Oh, I forgot that we celebrate kwanzaa, christmas and jewish christmas in November now.
It premieres on Thanksgiving week, which is widely recognized as the starting gun for the holiday season.
I hope you aren't trying to bring some kind of logic into an argument on the internet.
It looks like Comedy Central is pretty close to picking up Futurama for a 7th season.
First, though, there's the second half of Season 6, which starts airing June 23rd.
(CC has only shown 13 of the 26 produced episodes so far).
Now that this thread is bumped I would like to thank Mike for fucking off. To show my thanks I will be sending him a free carrot cake! In the mail!

I need a carrot cake to make up for that holiday episode. Futurama used to be my favourite show but I've only liked half of the episodes this season.
I liked the Holiday episode. Compared to, "Attack of the Killer App" it's Citizen Kane. But regardless of comparisons, I thought it was funny.
Oh yeah, I just remembered that this thread is unbearable in general
mike you can fuck back on. I ate the carrot cake while wearing dirty fireplace gloves

Patton is in the second of tomorrow's two new episodes, playing some kind of unattractive giant monster. Clip:

Liked these two eppys!
I wonder why they didn't animate the crash scene in Neutopia though, time or budget constraints? I like seeing crashes!
Yeah! So glad this is back in my life again, i just wish Comedy Central hadn't cut the season in half in the first place. Both episodes were really good. One note to the writers:
"Take it easy on those manwich jokes. I know you're all excited about writing for these characters again, but maybe put it away for a couple weeks before bringing it back."
-Some asshole
For whatever reason, drunk Kiff was one of the funniest parts of the episode for me.
Probably because he was for once cool with Zap.
I agree that the Manwich jokes need to be used sparingly, but my god, could there possibly be a better moment to use one that THAT moment?
Those two new episodes were decent, if still a bit lame/spottily scripted/too-fanfic-ish like the previous chunk of the season. Have you guys really been on board with the "new futurama"? I think you can really feel the writing staff cuts. In fact the thing I was worried about most with Futurama's return was that the budget for the animation was gonna be significantly less, but the show looks just as good as ever. The writing however, kinda sub-par. At least they seem to have gotten away from the twist-endings that was inexplicably included in I think every single episode last chunk of the season.
