A friend and I started a sketch comedy podcast, Good Commitment, that ran for a year and a half. We don't make them anymore (he moved away) but we have a decent catalog of different types of sketches. Plenty of mediocre comedy but there are some good ones as well. Some fan favorites, though the poll was conducted half way through our run. Our production value improved significantly in the latter half.

Geek/gamer culture. A new video every week. Haven't missed a week in several years. Hit and miss funny. Having tried my hand at weekly content, I go easy on them.
Team Tiger Awesome (iTunes - looks like it doesn't have newer stuff that's on the website)
There are several more well known comedy groups making content for the internet, but I'm having trouble finding ones that have a podcast feed. This is surprising to me.
You can download Channel 101 archived shows on the Channel 101 website. You can subscrible to Channel 101 on itunes, as well.
