This isn't much of a comedy podcast, but I just found out about it yesterday and love it. "The Tobolowsky Files" featuring Stephen Tobolowsky (Ned the insurance salesman from Groundhog Day).
At the very least you should check out episode 29, where he talks about doing Groundhog Day...it's pretty amazing.

I know it's a video game based podcast but the old GFW podcast on 1up was probably the funniest thing I've heard outside of any comedy focused podcast. Shawn Elliott's stories would have me laughing so hard I was afraid my pacemaker was going to shock me. Again, it's officially a gaming podcast but they hardly ever talked about games. The show ended a while back but I believe they still have them archived on the old 1UP site. I know my word won't count for shit considering this is my third or fourth post, but they're seriously funny. Had it not been for GFW I would have never discovered the Adam Carolla show or CDRR.
Not really a comedy podcast, but it is a comedian's podcast. Brent Weinbach has been putting one out for about a month now called The Legacy Music Hour, with co-host Rob F. It's pretty much just them talking about video game music from 16-bit and earlier. I find it extremely entertaining and I'm not even much of a video game nerd.

I'm really in love with the Greg Proops podcast. I could listen to the guy just hold court, so luckily that's exactly what he decided to do with the podcast.

I also have some of the new Earwolf podcasts downloaded, but haven't listened enough for an opinion.
I also do a podcast myself called "Ugly People Don't Have Feelings" - we've been in the top 100 for the last couple of weeks, I think we slid off today, but we've been on and off the list for a few days. If you can somehow trek through all of these suggestions and still want more - or just want to try something new - go to UPDHF.com - I'd love to know what you think! Basically it's myself (Matt Harbert) and Brian Ruppenkamp and guests doing very unorganized talk radio, with homemade sketches to break it up. Brian and I are actors and musicians in LA, and are longtime friends from West Virginia. I'd love to hear what you guys think!

It can be crude (very crude) but is funny for the most part and with 618 shows, it has to be good.
Patrick, a local (LA) comedian, does "interviews" with other local comics like Jim Norton and Alonzo Bodden.

If anyone listened to the christmas episode of Stop Podcasting Yourself, you likely heard that the Sunday Service Started their own podcast. It's got Craig Anderson, Taz Vanrassel, Kevin Lee, Ryan Beil and Emmet Hall Doing Sketches and whatnot . I'm listening right now and it's awesome. It's called The Sunday Service Presents a Beautiful Podcast, everyone should check it out if your into the Vancouver scene.

I also do a weekly show called The Best Damn Nerd Show that I try to listen to from time to time.
In terms of favourite podcasts I'd have to go with the greats - NNF and CDR Radio. But for the best podcast in subjective terms there's nothing better than WTF with Marc Maron. Some of his interviews are worthy of preservation in the national archives.
