Oh yeah, check out Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast...he's been doing it every Monday for like two years, so there is a lot to listen to.
He also does a show with Joe DeRosa called "Uninformed", they just started putting episodes online at their website but they aren't available for download just yet. But you can listen to the first three at www.uninformedradio.com.
Just don't listen to it expecting TV talk.
I will also vouch for Goebel's show. And Bill Burr's show has become a can't-miss for me.

I've been enjoying the hell out of Matt Walsh's BEAR DOWN podcast. It's super loose, Walsh has very funny friends, and the fake interviews have been great.
I didn't know he had a podcast, I love me the hell outta some Matt Walsh.
Wait a minute, yes I DID know about Walsh's podcast...heard him talk about it on CDR Radio.
The problem is that I am completely bored by sports, and I am afraid that Bear Down might get me interested in watching football and crap like that.
Yeah, it's a lot of fun. Screenwriter Scot Armstrong (Old School) co-hosts, Sean Conroy does the call-in characters, and Horatio Sanz has been on a couple of times.

any other podcasts i've listened to in the past i don't download with any regularity (unless i blanked on 1 or 2).. there's other non-comedy podcasts & comedy radio shows i listen to but i didn't list 'em cause they don't exactly fit the criteria
