After the show, I asked Duncan what made him think it was a haunted poster, and he said after he had received it, books would randomly fall off the shelves. He doesn't know who sent the poster to him.
Makes me wonder if Silence of the Sams had anything odd happen to him after winning it... or maybe it's safe to assume he's dead now.
