Rental Car 13: The live recorded LMG sounded just fine to me and was very funny. Hope to hear more of these. Gin Blossoms AND Kajagoogoo? Graham is a powerhouse - his new album is great.

BTW, did anyone ever find a Newman and Keener connection?

He was thinking of "Where the Money is", but had Keener confused with Linda Fiorentino.BTW, did anyone ever find a Newman and Keener connection?
yeah, he's dumb. really nice show tonight with natalie morales (not the TODAY show natalie morales, the actress, soon to be seen in 6 MONTH RULE), lennon parham (save BFF!), scott aukerman (COMEDY BANG BANG this summer on IFC) and nick thune (THICK NOON).

Whoa, can't believe I got a shout-out on the latest rental car ep for my "snuffcast" post. Fun surprise on an otherwise shitty Wednesday morning.
Like usual, I'm catching up on the rental pods. I haven't laughed out loud like I did with the bus driver interview (XII) in a long time. Thanks for sharing this.
she was a crack up. i'll be recording more stuff that happens on the road, for sure.
I realise it's harder to play the six degrees/connection/whatever game when you're put on the spot than when you're just listening in, but I thought the Billy Crystal to Sandra Bullock was easiest one in that particular episode.
Billy Crystal starred in Analyze This with Robert De Niro, who starred in Cop Land with Stallone, who starred in Demolition Man with Sandra Bullock.
Oh snap!
I always forget to consider animated movies. They're more often than not star-studded, so they're a good place to go to for these kinds of games.
As an MST3K fan, I know that "Gunslinger" is a movie:

Love Lennon! Great episode. I love that Reggie Watts causes people to sleep during movies.
"Yeah, you are pretty old. Most of my friends are teenagers."
"Hey, that went back on you."
-Awesome
don't you front that band, Bill Brasky and the Nitpickers?
but seriously, the players need to know something about the movie they say, otherwise i'd spend all my time looking up titles to see if they really exist. and that's no fun to listen to. i'm talking to you, graham elwood.
(he won't read this)
Boner eps out of nowhere ftw.
Yeah, that's right. Ftw. Still using that.
Like Knur Ris said, new boner ep for free on iTunes right now. Live from The Laughing Skull Lounge in HOTlanta (people there must hate when out-of-towners say that..).

i wouldn't do it if i didn't enjoy doing them. glad you like!
Some friends and I played the Len Maltin game and Alpha Doug last night at a small get together, great fun was had. Someone even guessed "The Fugitive" in -1 names!
Glad the alphabet movie game has a proper name now. And Laughing Skull is such a cool club. Must have been a real treat to see DLM in such an intimate setting. A very sprightly, fun ep!
