Dammit! I can't believe I have to go work an 8 hour shift now before I'm able to come home and enjoy this episode! This may be the longest work day ever.

The reason "Pirates! Band of Misfits" is called that is because it's based on a series of books, each of which has a subtitle, to differentiate them from one another (The Pirates! in an Adventure with Scientists, The Pirates! in an Adventure with Whaling, etc.) The movie is called "The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists" in the UK (because the movie revolves around the pirates meeting Charles Darwin), but the title was changed to "Pirates! Band of Misfits" for the US (I guess because "scientists" isn't very exciting).
They left in the subtitle because I imagine they're hoping if the movie does well, there can be a whole series of them, based on the other books.
(Most boring post ever, but you asked)

I've never been there so I don't know what the setup is, but I would love to see UCB LA hold a Kickstarter to get some cameras in the room to record stuff.
paul has three mics and three name cards in front of him so we both know which character he is doing based on which mic he's holding. he is quite good at it. the one thing you get to see when you're there in person is that he breaks and laughs quietly from time to time.
there is no video of the show because i like not having video of the show.
(it's like radio!)
I love every epp of DLM but these ones with PFT are my favourite.
So very clever. I don't know how Doug keeps his composure.
Liars don't get cookies.
New rental car ep has plopped! Sweet. New game too, looking forward to hearing if Graham gets the chance to make up some movies.
So I was going through security at an airport today while wearing my grey DLM t-shirt and a TSA agent said, "Drug Loves Movies?"

who am i indeed.
This week's Rental Car ep had me briefly worried that at some point, we'll inadvertently end up with the world's first Snuff-Cast.
Love the new game Doug, and was glad that it did indeed give Graham a chance to indulge his skill for imagining movies that never happened.
Do you think you'll make this one a regular occurrence? I think it has legs.
Hey all. New to the forums. I am visiting LA from Maine at the end of May (5/29) and am hoping to get to see a taping of DLM. Is it still priority seating for ticket holders of CBB afterwards? I was planning on getting tickets for CBB for that day but see they're not on sale yet. When do tickets for that usually go on sale? I notice that show sells out fast so I'd like to ensure I can see it! Thanks!
Great job with the three-headed PFT episode!
