I almost forgot about the TJ Miller versus the audience show. Another one of these with TJ or another comic (who perhaps knows more about movies) would be great.
The only problem with hearing some of these episodes for the first time is now I want to bring up things that everyone else heard two years ago.
(Inception!)
um, what?
(meant for SoSure, not Slothborn, because i couldn't get clip to play)
(but now I get it)

Oh, alright. Gotcha! Yeah, I had the same problem with SoSure's video. Do you have an iPhone or iPad? It wouldn't play on either for me. I had to use my PC.

Anyone like me who loves angry Doug Benson needs to drop 2 bucks on the Portland episodes. You won't regret it.
OOOH! I love Angry Doug.
(and Happy Doug.)
(and Just Doug)
things go much better for pete on the ep we taped in SF last thursday that plops for free later this week.
(because i yell at t.j.)
I have an idea for two possible games, but they might be too much creative work to hoist on guests.
1.)What a twist!: you take a movie that has no twist and try to add a twist ending to it.
2.)What a pitch!: you take a movie with a bad premise (i.e. that Justin Timberlake time movie) and try to imagine how they pitched it and got it made.
Regarding the Build-a-Title in the most recent Rental Car ep: Nightwatchmen.
yeah, DEATH WATCH, NIGHT WATCH, who cares?
(and i like games with actual answers, nicky, not make-em-ups)
I'm with Natalie, Doug. Could you please start a new podcast for every dumb idea AST comes up with?
Hey, check me out. I'm a ghost.
WHY MUST YOU TWIST MY WORDS HUMOROUSLY*
(does it really look like that's what I was suggesting?)

Just being a stickler, because I've played Movie Katz (or The Movie Game, as we called it) for years: Graham won that game in the most recent car episode. If you can't think of another movie that Jessica Walter was in, it's not a draw. Graham has challenged and won that point. I'm sure other people are telling you this, but I didn't see it on this thread, so I thought I'd be obnoxious and let everyone tell me where I am on the autism spectrum.
so the rules of the game that different people have different rules for have to be adhered to? good to know.
what is it exactly that you think graham challenged me on? he said PLAY MISTY FOR ME, I said Jessica Walter, then Graham was stumped and couldn't think of another movie she was in. if anything, i should win the point. but since i couldn't think of another jessica walter movie, i called it a draw. i really shouldn't have to think of another one, i just thought it was the gentlemanly thing to do. graham did nothing but immediately put himself in a corner with a movie title where he didn't know much about the cast of the film. and he took some time to think of it!
(i need to play that game against someone who is good at it)
