I haven't slept in weeks thinking of this. And, I get to see him in December, so I can't expect to sleep for a couple more months.

it's his 2nd in 2 years that have been on TV and 3rd in the last 5 to be on dvd. How this guy isn't a household name I'll never understand

He's sold 150 000 copies of his CD, that's not too shabby.

Regan could be a household name if he wanted to in a second. I think he gets offers all the time to do some Ray Romano-type lame sitcom but he turns them down. I think he enjoys being able to have his career and live an anonymous normal life in a normal neighborhood with his family. Seems to me the guy is enjoying the best of both worlds.

I bet comedians everywhere are asking for this night off so they don't miss the special of the year.

Meanwhile, non-performing comedy fans go about their business as usual.

That's true that he could be if he wanted to, but he should be a household name without a TV show...Dane Cook did it, Jeff Foxworthey did it before his show. It should be a law that in order to watch any stand-up comedy, you first have to watch Brian and love it.

I totally lucked out and the promo DVD of this (the full special, yay!) arrived at work the other day. Because nobody else in the office cares about comedy in any way, I got to take it home.

Awesome and hilarious. Regan continues to kick total comedy ass.

Hate to say, but I never heard/seen Mr Regan before so I'm going to check this out for sure. Even my doctor reminded me to check it out. I feel so behind the curve.

I love this guy to death. My wife, too. Every time one of us says the word "yellow", the other yells "THE BIG YELLOW ONE IS THE SUN!"
Like my diamonds? The Devil himself gave them to me...

I only watched 10 minutes of this because I hate edited comedy, was it up to standard for those who watched it all?

It was fun. Jalora's wife was apparently in the audience. But yeah, there were some rough editing moments which we've come to expect from CC. I guess they're not the ones putting out the DVD, though? I remember when "Beyond the Pale" premiered there were all sorts of commercials for purchasing the CD/DVD, but none here.

Oh man! I hate not living in a country that gets Comedy Central. Not only do I have to contend with suicide bombings, terrorist threats, a corrupt government, a lack of energy resources. Now I miss out on the new Brian Regan.

    Will someone adopt me?
